Registration Guidelines for Workshops
1 - For CTDIA accepted papers, an event a STUDENT registration is required for each paper. Even the author who used to be Master or PhD student and already have finish its thesis or dissertation, can register itself as STUDENT.
2 - The register deadline for Workshop authors was extended up to September 20, 2008.
3 - The FULL REGISTRATIONS for the Workshops are available into two categories: "Workshop Author SBC member" and "Workshop Author SBC non member".
Some considerations:
A - At least one of the paper's author must REGISTER itself in one of the following "Workshop Author SBC member", "Workshop Author SBC non member", . "Student Workshop Author SBC member", "Student Workshop Author SBC non member".
B - CTDIA/WTDIA Authors already with a FULL REGISTRATION in one of the main tracks SBIA/SBRN/EnRI-LARS DO NOT NEED AN ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION.
C - Workshop authors with more than one papers accepted just in the Workshop must do ONE SINGLE FULL REGISTER, no matter how many papers were accepted.
D - We are
planning to
implement a Grant Program for student authors who attempt to the Join
Conference SBIA/SBRN/EnRI-LARS, but it is still in a discussion
process, and will
depend on SBIA/SBRN/EnRI-LARS financial results, and the final
decision of the CEIA/CERN/CER
steering committees.
Overview of the registration process
The conference registration fee entitles participants to the following:
